Conditions for public seminars

General

Two weeks before the start of the seminar the seminar participants will receive information about course locations, travel directions and personal preparation. You will also receive an invoice which is payable no later than 3 days before the seminar date.

Changes

The planning of the seminars is long term. There may be changes of date, the seminar location or the trainer. When Sigma Quality Consultancy will cancel a seminar, the fees already paid in full will be refunded. No liability claims can be asserted against Sigma Quality Consultancy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the seminar are free. With later cancellations 50% of the full seminar fee will be charged. The full seminar fee will be charged for a cancellation in the week before the seminar start. Our cancellation policy is valid for any resignation like illness or any displacement!

When a replacement participant is found, no cancellation fees will be charged. Cancellations are accepted only in writing.

Jurisdiction

For all disputes which can’t be settled by consensus, CH-8810 Horgen is the agreed place of jurisdiction.
